Yoga will take place in the mornings and afternoons in the spacious yoga shala where often just the sound of birds is heard.  The yoga style is traditional Hatha. Lucy will guide you through classes that warm up gently and develop in strength with a focus on alignment and movement of energy within the body. There is both fluidity of movement and holding postures to explore and build awareness, strength, and flexibility. Awareness of the breath is integrated throughout each practice.
