10 MINUTE WARM UP SEQUENCE

 

Hamstrings, Hips & Sun Salutations

This is my first short video that I recorded for you in Nepal. If you listen closely you may hear some of the early morning bird song. It’s a little bit fast but the benefit is an effective sequence you can achieve in 10 minutes on the mat.

Connect with your Breath and breathe into:
• Length and space in hamstrings and hips
• Movement of energy within your body
• Grounded steady strength
• Inner vitality
