Hatha Yoga accessible to different levels of practice.
These classes create a space for us to come together and connect through our yoga practice. Most classes will include pranayama and meditation.
Set up with your yoga mat, block, strap and blanket if you have; if not a cushion and generous towel can work.

NEPAL YOGA RETREAT
10 Day all inclusive Yoga Retreat is Situated at the top of a mountain, the family run eco-lodge is surrounded by a traditional Nepalese village and spectacular views of the Anapurna, Mardi Himal and Machhapuchhre ranges of the Himalayas.
Enjoy morning and afternoon Yoga and meditation classes with expert and experienced yoga instructor Lucy Andrews. Whatever your level of yoga practice you are welcome. Consideration and care is given to each student, including variations of postures.
There will be plenty of time for quiet relaxation as well as explore local walks surrounded by rice terraces, jungle and farming community.
Delicious Nepalese vegetarian food, with much gathered from their organic garden, including their own coﬀee and chamomile tea!
